Chris J. Pike is the pen name of Jill Cooper, the first co-author to join the Aeon 14 science fiction universe. As the first reader of the earliest Aeon 14 novels, she helped shape the universe from its beginnings, and now writes the Perilous Alliance series — following salvager-turned-operative Kylie Rhoads through the crime-ridden Gedri System and the Silstrand Alliance. She also manages the Aeon 14 fan community and newsletter, and lives near Boston with her wife and co-author, M.D. Cooper.
